I will work with your organization to make sure you have a solid strategic plan and then support you in implementing that plan. 

Through this process, we will work with stakeholders to clarify your mission, vision, goals, action plan, and evaluation plan.

This process helps to clarify how you move from vision to action and becomes the road map to guide your organization. 

In this stage of work, the executive director gets ongoing support and coaching to implement the plan.

This could cover so many areas, including:

• Staff recruitment, management and development

• Grant finding and matching; grant strategy

This library of training will allow your staff to learn about the various components of your non-profit organization that need to be in place to increase your chances of funding.

Topics include many of the topics identified in the strategic planning process.

Executive directors as well as key staff can access this training in order to help implement the strategic plan. 

Getting together with other executive directors working in the field helps to share ideas and strategies that get your non-profit ahead. 

Monthly online meetings facilitated by Georgia will help focus and get answers to questions and challenges. 

Learn from and share with others who are working in similar fields. 

Based on your strategic plan and clear focus, we will identify grants that would be a good match and worth your time.

We will focus on larger grants that are worth your time, and developing relationships with fundors who your organization can grow with.
